ATTENTION LOGAN COUNTY PARENTS and GUARDIANS of 7th & 12th Graders:
Starting in the 2026–2027 school year, all students entering 7th and 12th grade must have updated Tdap and Meningococcal immunizations before the first day of school. These vaccines protect against serious illnesses like meningitis and pertussis.
West Virginia state law mandates these immunizations for school entry. Students without proof of vaccines will not be allowed to attend until documentation is provided.

• Your primary care provider or Logan County Health Department
Please submit immunization documentation to your school nurse to ensure your child is cleared for attendance.
